The Start Studio

The Start Studio is a community art space offering qualified, experienced teachers who deliver arts tuition either in house or at your setting. The learning programme offers arts, crafts and pottery, curriculum linked for all ages. Workshops contribute towards continuous professional development, planning, preparation and assessment cover, and enrichment activities to extend the curriculum. The well resourced studio offers a place for diverse educators, families, and adult learners to create, learn, and raise the perceived value of art for learning, engagement, and wellbeing. As a community interest company, The Start Studio’s profits fund workshops for local teachers and educators. The offer can be tailored to suit specific projects, ages, interests and abilities, including those working towards Arts Award.
