Louise Stogdale is the newly appointed Head of Academy at Pennyman Primary School, part of the Tees Valley Education Trust.
Since qualifying as a teacher in 2002 Louise developed a passion for helping disadvantaged children, and has been instrumental in leading a partnership with the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, enriching the lives of the children though arts. The programme developed teachers practical skills and gave confidence to embed learning through visual arts across the curriculum. Throughout her career, Louise has worked at schools in some of the highest areas of deprivation in the North East. This brings a unique challenge to education, wholly embraced by Louise and the passion in her belief of: ‘Every child, every chance, every day’.
