Live Theatre

Live Tales workshops can be used in support of Artsmark and Arts Award, inspiring children and young people to go on a journey into their imaginations, and to explore creative writing from a new perspective. Free two-hour story writing workshops are available for Key Stage 2 classes, at 10am and 1pm on Thursdays, and at 10am on Fridays in Newcastle. Sessions also take place at Sunderland’s new music and arts hub, The Fire Station.

As well as regular school workshops, Live Tales provides continuous professional development training, which can be booked as twilight sessions or INSET days. Live Tales is an extension of Live Theatre’s long-running and successful writing and drama work with schools.

To sign up to the Live Tales education e-newsletter, visit live.org.uk/livetales or
contact livetales@live.org.uk.
